Prevention Alliance of Dane County is a group of substance use prevention coalitions within Dane County. We work together to share common messages and events throughout the year. Coalitions are from Stoughton, Waunakee and Sun Prairie as well as the African American Opioid Coalition and the Dane County Alliance Against Commercial Tobacco. Website |

The Alliance for Wisconsin Youth is a state-wide organization that brings together coalitions, individuals and resources for the promotion of positive youth development. The goal of preventing substance abuse and behavioral health concerns is supported by over 100 members with the mission and focus to enhance and support those Alliance coalitions in their prevention efforts and youth development work. The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) manage and coordinate national drug policy and administer the Drug Free Communities Grant program. By funding these coalitions, the DFC Support program ensures communities adopt a balanced and comprehensive approach to reducing substance use in their neighborhoods. Website |
